Information on payment methods and ticketing rules

On AVIO.UA you can pay for your order in several ways, depending on purchase time-limit set by the airline. At the time of booking you can choose the most convenient payment method.

Privat24 transfer

Privat24 transfer is an e-wire payment available for all Privatbank clients. In order to pay using Privat24 you simply need to select an appropriate link on your reservation confirmation and follow onscreen instructions. Privat24 is an instant payment system and is available 24/7. To proceed with the payment through Privat24 make sure you have access to the cell phone associated with your Privatbank account, as it will be used to send security code via sms.

In order to change your payment method to Privat24 transfer use link on your confirmation or contact our Call Center.

Bank transfer

You can pay by traditional bank transfer wiring funds to one of our accounts listed below. In case you have an account in one of our banks, we recommend making an internal bank wire transfer (for example from your account at OTP Bank to our OTP Bank account). This will substantially speed up wire transfer and your ticket will be issued much quicker.

In order to change your payment method to bank transfer you should contact our Call Center. Please note that due purchase time-limit set by the airline, in certain cases, choosing bank transfer as a payment method is not recommended.

Credit card payment

If you have chosen to pay by credit card, in order to make a payment you should select an appropriate link on the reservation confirmation. For your convenience, you can choose one of the preferred options: payment using Privatbank card or payment using a card issued by other bank.

Note: if the card holder is not one of the passengers, or reservation was made for a large amount, one of our agents might contact you in order to verify the payment.

Cash payment

Paying cash at a bank

In case of short purchase time-limit set by the airline, paying cash might be one of the most convenient payment methods. You can pay by cash at one of our banks, listed below.

At the time or payment you will need to provide a cashier information about the amount, account number, MFO and our Registration code. Payment details should contain your reservation number.

If you are in Kyiv, you can pay by cash at AVIO.UA office (6 Yaroslavska Street, Kyiv 04071) Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

In order to change your payment method to cash you should contact our Call Center.

When will I receive my e-ticket?

Your ticket will be issued once the payment reaches our account during AVIO.UA Call Center hours of operation. Immediately after crediting your funds an e-ticket will be issued and e-mailed to you.

In order for us to issue your ticket we need to confirm that payment was credited in our account before purchase time-limit set by the airline (date and time)! Lack of such confirmation may lead to ticket price change as well as change in seats availability on selected flight. If there is a risk that funds will not reach our account on time, we suggest you choosing a prompter and more secure payment method (for example Privat24 or credit card).
